Anne M. Sutorius

Anne M. Sutorius is the President of ATM Commercial & Construction Cleaning Services, Inc. since its origin as Annie The Maid in 1979. Through her vision and perseverance, the company has grown into a multimillion dollar per year, commercial, residential and construction.

Miriam Barcenas

Miriam Barcenas joined ATM in 1999 as Director of Human Resources. Her responsibilities include training and testing in addition to H.R. processing, payroll and work site inspections.

Maria Soria

Maria is our trusted inspector, she regularly inspects the offices, restaurants and other job sites that our teams clean to ensure that the job has been done right every time! She is also in charge of twice monthly testing, classroom training and hands on training so that every team has the knowledge and skillset to get the job done.

Noemi Cortez 

Noemi is the schedule manager and is our accounts payable representative. She is responsible for all residential inquiries, customer relations, accounts payable and generating all custom checklists.

Miguel Villaneda 

Miguel is the warehouse manager and has been with the company for 25 years. He is responsible for all warehouse traffic, small motor repair and general vehicle maintenance, supply delivery and inventory. He also maintains the warehouse laundry facility.
